Ani Lorak's concert, scheduled for February 16 in Sochi, is canceled due to technical reasons. A few days before the performance, during scheduled work in the distribution board (distribution panel), insulation violations were discovered on three 0.4 kV cable lines out of four available, providing power supply to RED ARENA.
This technical failure does not allow the venue to fulfill the conditions of the technical rider for holding the concert, since specialized work must be carried out to eliminate the violations. We apologize to all guests for the inconvenience caused.
The new date for the Ani Lorak concert will be announced later. Please note that all previously purchased tickets will be valid for the new date. If you wish to return tickets, please follow the instructions:
- If you purchased tickets on the website redarena.ru, then you need to write a letter to the organizer’s email tickets@stereogorod.com.
- If you purchased tickets on the websites sochi.kassir.ru, afisha.yandex.ru, sochi .ticketland.ru, kassa.rambler.ru - please contact ticket operators for a refund: Kassir ru Sochi, Yandex, Ticketland and Rambler Poster.
- The funds will be returned to the bank card within 20 working days after completing the return application.
- You will be refunded the full cost of the ticket. The service fee is non-refundable.
