For over half a century, Andrey Knyazev has created an entire world of fairy tales, fables and stories, and opened the door to them for millions of hearts. “Half a century” is no mistake, as his talent began taking shape in his early childhood. By 1988, Knyaz had already decided that rock music was his destiny, and he has never left that path!   For over three decades, several generations have come to see Knyaz on stage and witness his impressive journey, among the founders of the legendary Korol’ i Shut band. In his 23 years in this group, Andrey Knyazev treated us to ten albums (with his own designs on the covers of virtually all of them) and invented dozens of characters that have gone down in history.   When the time came, Andrey Knyazev launched his solo project KnyaZz. No one believed in it at first, since you can’t enter the same river twice. With the success of Korol’ i Shut, there was a risk of looking like a rip-off and vanishing into oblivion. Yet Knyaz did find and express his own unique style, still continuing the themes of good old fairy tales.   In less than a decade, KnyaZz has gathered steam and performed to sold-out stadiums. There are very few cities in Russia that have not seen the band in concert.   Andrey Knyazev’s development as an artist has also reached a new stage, as we can see on the covers of all of the band’s albums, and beyond. Famous 3D characters are brought to life in videos, on screens during concerts, in books and cartoon films.   Andrey Knyazev still keeps archives of his early works and publishes them. Two books have already come out and sold out, confirming he was right to keep his early sketches reflecting the history of Korol’ i Shut.   On the threshold of his second half century, Andrey Knyazev and the KnyaZz band are giving a grand concert. Together with you, they will reminisce over their most memorable creative moments!   The concert features all Andrey Knyazev’s best songs written throughout his creative life.
